✅ You may return items that are undamaged and unused (Non-Custom Items).
❌ Custom-made or personalized items can't be returned and are not refundable.
❌ Items purchased under sales or discounts cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

🚚 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or damage.

Refund or Exchange  for Non-Customized Items

🔍 Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will:

Repair the item if possible.

If repair is not feasible, we will exchange it for a new one or issue a refund to your original payment method, based on your preference.
💳 Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Warranty Policy

🛠️ Coverage: Marbeya Charm offers a 1-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. (Ramadan collection are excluded)

📸 Claim Process: Customers may be required to provide photos or other evidence to support their warranty claim. Upon approval, Marbeya Charm will, at its discretion:
✔️ Repair the defective item
✔️ Replace it with a new one

⚠️ Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage due to misuse, neglect, or modifications

Products that have not been properly maintained

Minor variations in size, color, or appearance

Quality Assurance

At Marbeya Charm, we take great pride in crafting our furniture with precision and attention to detail, ensuring top quality upon delivery.

Since marble, travertine, onyx, and other natural materials have unique patterns and characteristics, slight variations in color and veining may occur compared to the photos shown. This natural uniqueness enhances the charm and exclusivity of your furniture.

For customized items, please note that some variations may occur during the fabrication process. Slight adjustments might be necessary to enhance the item's stability and rigidity, depending on the material used and the design. Additionally, a slight size variation of ±1-3 cm may occur during the fabrication process. This is a standard tolerance to ensure structural integrity and should be expected.

To avoid multiple deliveries, which will be at the client’s expense, we kindly request that clients inspect their items at our factory before final delivery.

For large-sized furniture, we strongly recommend professional assistance when moving or installing it. Natural stone is delicate and requires proper handling to prevent cracks or breakage. Any damages caused by improper movement or use after delivery will not be covered.
