Daily Care

• Clean Spills Immediately: Marble is porous and can absorb liquids, which may cause staining. Wipe up spills as soon as they occur using a soft cloth and keep the oily & colored substances such as juices, wine, coffee, tomato sauce and all types of oils away from thee stain on any natural stone.
• Use Coasters and Placemats: Protect your marble surfaces from scratches and stains by using coasters under glasses and placemats under dishes.
• Dust Regularly: Keep your marble surfaces free from dust and debris by gently dusting them with a soft, dry cloth.

Cleaning

• Cleaning Products: Clean your marble furniture with a Stone-Safe Cleaning Products to protect them. Avoid using abrasive or acidic cleaners, glass cleaner, dish soap as they can damage the surface and cause uneven discoloration.
• Soft Cloths Only: Use a soft cloth to clean the surface. Avoid scrubbing with abrasive pads or brushes.
• Rinse and Dry: After cleaning, rinse the marble with clean water and dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth immediately to prevent water spots.

Sealing

• Seal Regularly: Depending on the type of marble and usage, it���������s recommended to seal your marble surfaces once or twice a year. Sealing helps to protect the stone from stains and scratches, you can check that with any marble specialist.
• Professional Help: For best results, consider having a professional apply the sealant to ensure even coverage and maximum protection.

• Avoid Heavy Impact: Prevent chipping or cracking by avoiding heavy impacts on marble surfaces. Use protective pads under heavy objects.

Return Eligibility

✅ You may return items that are undamaged and unused.
❌ Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

🚚 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or damage.

If repair is not feasible, we will exchange it for a new one or issue a refund to your original payment method, based on your preference.

Warranty Policy

🛠️ Coverage: Marbeya Charm offers a 1-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. (Ramadan collection is not included)

📸 Claim Process: Customers may be required to provide photos or other evidence to support their warranty claim. Upon approval, Marbeya Charm will, at its discretion:
✔️ Repair the defective item
✔️ Replace it with a new one

⚠️ Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse, neglect, or modifications
• Products that have not been properly maintained

Since marble, travertine, onyx, and other natural materials each have their own unique patterns and characteristics, slight variations in color and veining may occur compared to the photos shown. This natural uniqueness adds to the charm and exclusivity of your furniture.
To ensure your satisfaction, we kindly ask you to inspect your furniture upon receipt. If you notice any defects or damages, please report them within 3 days, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

For large-sized furniture, we strongly recommend professional assistance when moving or installing it. Marble and other natural stones are delicate and require proper handling to prevent cracks or breakage. Any damages caused by improper movement or use after delivery will not be covered.
