Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.

  • Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the chosen method and the size and weight of the product. After placing an order, our team will contact you to provide information regarding the required delivery charges. We will ensure that you are fully informed of the shipping costs associated with your order before proceeding with delivery.

  • Delivery Date

  • Damaged Items

In the rare event that your selected item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

RETURN POLICY

  • Return Eligibility

You may return items that are undamaged and unused. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or are defective.

  • Return Period

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team customerservice@marbeyacharm.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
Clearly label the package with the RA number.

Return charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to damage or a defect.

  • Refund or Exchange

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange, based on your preference. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
